SERPCHEAP / Getting started

Quick start

Connect your application to Google search with one API key and a familiar HTTP request.

On this page

1. Prepare your account

Sign in to the console and check your credit balance. Private beta access is arranged by the operator; contact support if you need an account.

Open console

2. Create an API key

Open API Keys in the console and create a key. The original is displayed once. Store it as SERP_API_KEY in your server environment and keep it out of browser code and repositories.

CURL
curl -X POST 'https://serpcheap.com/search' \
  -H 'X-API-KEY: YOUR_API_KEY' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{"q":"Nike","gl":"us","hl":"en"}'

This example is not executed on the documentation page. A real successful search costs one credit, including a valid empty result.

Choose your integration

Use REST from your server, try Python or JavaScript examples, or connect an AI client with MCP. The Playground uses your own account credits.

Examples describe the API contract and do not execute searches. Never share your API key with support.
